Various efforts have been made to tackle the problem of Tuberculosis but this program still has not achieved optimal results, even has several obstacles that may differ in each region. This research is a descriptive study in the population of TB program managers in the Puskesmas at Kupang City, all managers were involved as respondents in this study. The results obtained were 5 main constraints: Still lack of family support and PMO, TB stigma in the community, promotion of tuberculosis that not optimal yet, lack of TB management staff in Puskesmas and remote domicile distance and poorly reported domicile transfer status. It is essential to get support from PMO (companion to take medicine) and family, increasing health promotion about TB, efforts to eradicate TB stigma in the community, fulfill the lack of TB management staff and make more efforts to reach out to people who live far from the Puskesmas.
