Background. Bidara (Ziziphus mauritiana Lamk) is one of the plants that have antioxidant activity. Bidara (Ziziphus mauritiana Lamk contains flavonoid dan polyphenol. Aims. The purpose of this study is to measure the physical characteristics and antioxidant activity of Bidara leaves (Ziziphus mauritiana Lamk). Method. Leaf Bidara extract was obtained by maceration using ethanol 70% solvent, then concentrated to obtain viscous extracts. 4 % of viscous extract Bidara Leaf (Ziziphus mauritiana Lamk) was formulated into 3 different solid bath soap formulas. The formula I use Sait oil and Zaitun Oil. Formulation II use coconut oil and maydis oil and Formula II use VCO and Castrol oil. Measure physic characteristics of solid bath soap. Results. Three formulation qualified organoleptic, requirements in the form of solid, brown and rose-flavored, not eligible homogeneity, water content 10.18% ± 2.07, 10.96% ± 0.36 and 10.34% ± 0.84, pH of 11.33 ± 0.43, 10.83 ± 0.18 and 10.29 ± 0.16, free fatty acids in formulas 1.06 ± 0.85, 0.99 ± 1.01 and 1.46 ± 0.71 respectively, free acid-alkali levels 0.09 ± 0.01, 0.07 ± 0.02 and 0.09 ± 0.04. Result antioxidant activity index (AAI) ethanol extract Bidara leaf AAI successively 1,010589 ±0,0886 and 3 formula 0.001127 ± 0.003, 0.000858 ±0.0006, 0.,000298 ±0,0003. Conclusion. Three formulations qualified organoleptic, pH, free fatty acid and alkali. But qualified homogeneity. The antioxidant activity of the ethanol extract of the leaves of Bidara (Ziziphus mauritiana Lamk.) strong and weak solid bath soap.
